I’d title this one “Life on Planet Peony.” I’m almost embarassed to tell you how old I was before I learned that my childhood ‘truth’ wasn’t true — peonies don’t need ants to help open their flowers. That’s one time that Grandma was wrong.
It’s a perfect title – I love watching their perfect globes get larger every day, first all green, then with bits of colour, before they start to open. So magical. Would be perfect for time lapse photography. Ants 😆😆😆
